Good points.. the word ordinary has come to mean mundane, unimportant or undistinugished in common usage.. whereas in the Church it is simply a way to denote a point in a succession of events, organized against 'cardinals' that divide the year into the liturgical calendar.

I love digging into Ratzinger (Papa B). And Liturgy is very compelling topic.

I was looking at the comments for this edition, which complained about Pages being out of order.. but i'm sure Ignatius Press has sorted things out by now.
