Ruben, here is your answer.
That just means that there is no proper Saint for those days. If that is the case, then the Mass would come from the current week in the season, ie for this year, the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th would be within the Octave after the Ascension.

Usually if there isn't a proper Saint, the Mass will come from the previous Sunday or the priest may choose to do one of the many votive Masses that are available in the Extraordinary Form.
