With or Without The Little Man?

Post by CameronA »

Hi guys.... Just a quicky but a beaut quote from a "Christian" Book Shop in the City recently.
I had reason to visit a prominent inner-city Christian bookshop on Thursday after work and needed to purchase several Crucifixes with chains attached.
When I asked for them at the counter, the 24+ YO shop assistant asked me..." yes no worries, with or without the little man?".
Aaaaggghh, and to think....these people are going to run our country one day.

Oh my! You know what? Just pray for this kid in his ignorance. I guess he thinks that is cool or something. These kind of statements could get one to a place where things are never cool.

Also, it might be a good idea to call his boss and tell them how this person is referring to the Corpus. MAybe the kiddo will get a lesson in humility?

Devotion to the souls in Purgatory contains in itself all the works of mercy, which supernaturalized by a spirit of faith, should merit us Heaven. de Sales

Denise, you're right. But I shudder to think that these kids are our bread and butter of our religious establishment,(if we have one) in the future.
I will contact the manager tomorrow.
Blessings, Cam
