To live gratefully is the path for a world that needs to learn how to be grateful again.
Start with gratitude, yes — and don’t stop there.
You may begin with a gratitude journal, but the transformative power of living gratefully is far more expansive if you commit wholeheartedly to this way of being.
To live gratefully is your response to life — to adversity and challenges and to joys and possibilities — and it is available to you today.
Living gratefully is not a solitary act that benefits few.
Rather, it shows us that we are bound to each other, no matter who tries to splinter us.
This awareness of our interdependence expands our consciousness and reminds us that it is our purpose to wake up and become what is good in this world. How will you answer this call in your life?

Moving Beyond Gratitude to Living Gratefully
It’s easy to give thanks when you are pleased with what is received.
But life is full of difficulties and things we are not pleased to receive.
What are you to do in those many moments?
