Just saw this update
Lets pray he will be able to breathe easier soon
sourcePope Francis's respiratory tract infection is presenting a "complex clinical picture" that will require further hospitalisation, the Vatican said overnight, as concerns grew about the increasingly frail health of the 88-year-old pontiff.
Vatican spokesman Matteo Bruni said the results of tests conducted in recent days and Monday indicate the pope is suffering from a polymicrobial respiratory tract infection that has necessitated a further change in his drug therapy. Scientists say polymicrobial diseases are caused by a mix of viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites.
There was no timeframe given for his hospitalization, which at Day 4 has already sidelined Francis for longer than a 2023 hospitalisation for pneumonia. Bruni said the complexity of his symptoms "will require an appropriate hospital stay."

Pope Francis is in critical condition, after a "respiratory crisis of prolonged magnitude" that required a heavy use of supplemental oxygen, the Vatican announced on Saturday afternoon, February 22.
The Pope also received blood transfusions, after being diagnosed with anemia. Doctors had earlier warned that the heavy medications he was being given to combat multiple infections could take a toll on other bodily systems.
"The Holy Father continues to be alert and spent the day in an armchair although in more pain than yesterday," the Vatican announced.
