Dietrich von Hildebrand and the Latin Mass

For the liturgy, "through which the work of our redemption is accomplished," (1) most of all in the divine sacrifice of the Eucharist, is the outstanding means whereby the faithful may express in their lives, and manifest to others, the mystery of Christ and the real nature of the true Church.

Dietrich von Hildebrand and the Latin Mass

Post by Denise »

Enemies of the Latin Mass condemn it as fascist and oppressive, yet the same man who took a stand against Nazism when it was actually dangerous to do so would later take his stand against the freewheeling liturgical “reforms.”

Devotion to the souls in Purgatory contains in itself all the works of mercy, which supernaturalized by a spirit of faith, should merit us Heaven. de Sales

biggest mistake bergoglio did was interfere to remove the latin mass and punish those who wanted to attend or celebrate it

Our latin priest gave a great homily at the cathedral against this.......at the final latin mass at the cathedral after bergoglio reprimanded the archbishop for permitting it to be celebrated there
