Vatican prompts outrage

Vatican uses secular ‘BCE’ instead of ‘BC’ in English version of papal text

Devotion to the souls in Purgatory contains in itself all the works of mercy, which supernaturalized by a spirit of faith, should merit us Heaven. de Sales

arggh

Catholic students still use BC as a show of their faith and certainly I do in all my reports.

Secularism has gone too far......the BC was based on Christ and the secular world needs to get a grip

the secular BCE -before common era.......well they best revisit their changed definition.....

while their objections are against the religious origins and times.....they cannot get away from it after all, no matter what they decide to call it......gee who makes these decisions???

even their bce highlights the time before Christ was born...they cannot change history.....regardless of what they decide to call it and their CE common era change of Anno Domini (AD ) year of the Lord........is dated still at the time of Christ's coming into the world whatever they call it.

So I ask them - what historical time did you base the "common era" word play change on?
their only answer can be - when christ was born - which is what was commonly called AD anno Domini - the year of the Lord.

so one can see the stupidity of changing the time reflection's name, but in essence that time reflection is still based on the year of the Lord AD.....so why change the name to something different than what it is supposed to signify?
they both signify the same thing whether secularists like it or not.....

As for the Vatican, well they should be setting the grounded truth, not conforming to secularists......
"He who followeth Me, walketh not in darkness." sayeth the Lord
