Prayers for my 99 year old stepdad please

I called Fr. Paul immediately and he went straight to the hospital and Henry got the "works". Even his IV fluids were blessed. Henry's caregiver asked for a blessing too. Father said Henry was very alert and I am sure he was so happy to see Fr. Paul. When Fr. Paul was leaving a nurse greeted him and asked him if he used to be at Blessed Sacrament and he told her he was there. She told him that he gave her First Communion and Confirmation. Father said the visit to Henry was a blessing in many ways.

I haven't heard from anyone this morning so I don't even know if Henry is still in the hospital. Please keep him in your heart and prayers.

Henry was moved back to his residence yesterday. He is slowly losing his mental abilities. He will be very coherent and all of a sudden goes off track but always comes back. He actually was able to use his google to call me this morning. He even told me he is forgetting things; at least he knows it. He told me he has lost 20 pounds and that he isn't eating much. I feel so sorry for him. Please pray for God's mercy on him.

Our precious Henry passed away this morning. I thank God for His mercy on Henry who desperately wanted to die and meet his Savior. I pray God allowed him to pass through his purgation process on this earth and took Henry straight to Heaven. I am sad but also very happy that my stepdad is no longer suffering. He was a very holy man.

Thank you for all your prayers. The whole family will miss him but we are at peace.

before mass this morning i was praying in front of the blessed sacrament for the soul of dale and i said "henry" instead then quickly said dale

Thank you Marie. We will miss our Henry. A Mass is being offered this morning at 10 AM for Henry by Fr. Paul. The Missionaries of Charity in Dallas will be in attendance. They loved Henry and he loved them.

its so sad, i was envisaging his 100 th birthday milestone and the celebrations
but they will take place in Heaven i guess now

Everyone thought he would make it to 100 but I think he is very happy he didn't. We had a huge party when he turned 90 and he told us that when we sang Happy Birthday, not to say "and many more." Of course Dale did, lol. It stuck and Dale went before Henry.
