Pope Emeritus Benedict Reaffirms Hermeneutic of Continuity
VATICAN CITY, July 15, 2015 (ChurchMilitant.com) - Pope Emeritus Benedict has returned to the Vatican after a two-week stay at Castel Gandolfo. Before his return trip Tuesday, he thanked the mayor for her hospitality and left a book as a gift on the 10th anniversary of his election as pope.
During his stay in Castel Gandolfo, Pope Benedict emerged from his seclusion to deliver a rare lecture — his first publicly delivered lecture since he stepped down from his pontificate.

Certainly a topic very close PapaB's heart, combining liturgy and music. The lecture seems a natural extension his Summorum Pontificam in re-establishing the 'hermeneutic of continuity'.. the great patrimony of the Church's liturgy.. in the traditional Latin Mass and its musical integrity.
