This day always saddens me
I received a piece of artwork depicting a mother over her child while a soldier is trying to harm the child and take it out of her hands - the look on the mother's face.........
and then the liturgy
A voice was heard in Ramah,
sobbing and loud lamentation;
Rachel weeping for her children,
and she would not be consoled,
since they were no more.
"He who followeth Me, walketh not in darkness." sayeth the Lord
