This is prayed from November 30th until December 24th,15 times a day. You can make a chaplet out of cord, putting 15 knots in it and use that if you don't have a chaplet.

The prayer that is prayed on each bead.

Hail and blessed be the hour and moment in which the Son of God was born of the most pure Virgin Mary, at midnight, in Bethlehem, in the piercing cold. In that hour vouchsafe, I beseech Thee, O my God, to hear my prayer and grant my desires through the merits of Our Savior Jesus Christ, and of His most blessed Mother. Amen.
