Please enforce abortion surcharge rule in health plans!

Under Obamacare, health plans can only provide abortion coverage if there is a separate abortion surcharge.

But the Obama-era enforcement rules are so permissive that they are rendered meaningless! Health insurers are currently allowed to bury the abortion surcharge in a single payment instead of collecting the abortion surcharge separately. This means millions of Americans are unaware that they're paying for abortions through their health insurance plan... even if they're pro-life!
