pg 529, when St. Faustina was complaining to Jesus about her disappointment with people, Jesus said, "My child, make the resolution never to rely on people. Entrust yourself completely to My will saying, 'Not as I want, but according to Your will, O God, let it be done unto me.' "

Our Lord said: "The prayer that pleases me most is for the conversion of sinners. This prayer is always answered" (Diary, 1397).
I found out a long time ago that people will disappoint me daily and so I do not rely on any human being. I am glad to read this passage from the diary. It isn't that I don't love the people, who disappoint me, but I never have complete trust in anyone except God and his Most Blessed Mother, along with the angels and saints. These do not disappoint.
