"This Is My Body: An Evangelical Discovers the Real Presence by Mark P. Shea.

Very good book to help understand the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist. It is especially useful as an apologetics for Evangelical Christians.
Mark P. Shea, coming from an Evangelical background himself, goes through the major objections an Evangelical would have regarding belief in the Real Presence, and systematically shows their errors, and discusses the truth surrounding the Real Presence.
Good for Catholics who would like a deeper understanding, or for non-Catholics who would like to see why we have this belief (and Mr. Shea uses Biblical quotes throughout).
It is a small book which could easily be read within two hours.
Available at Sacred Heart Books in Dallas/Richardson TX and is published by Christendom Press.
