Happy New Year!

Denise Wood has been sending me Fr. Paul's sermons for quite awhile and I took a good long look at the website today and decided it would be fun to join. I'm from Woodstock, VA in the Shenandoah Valley -- it's the real Almost Heaven - western VA.

I'm a mother of five and grandmother of fourteen with two brand new granddaughters born the end of December. Our newest grandson is due February 20th.

Defending the faith, NFP, and pro-life have been my primary apostolates since I was a young mom.

I put out a newsletter in my diocese that shines the light on error and scandal in an attempt to have a chilling effect. We've stopped some pretty bizarre things including a lesbian nun giving a "women's spirituality workshop" and the CORPUS group (priests who've abandoned the ministry and are agitating for married priests, etc.) from meeting at a local K of C hall.

Looking forward to "meeting" the forum members and sharing our faith.

Hi Mary Ann! The group will know who you are when I mention the name of your newsletter, Les Femmes, because I post it here when I get it. I am sure the story you wrote about the parish you visited recently is still fresh in their minds.

So glad that you dropped in and am looking forward to your input.

God bless
Denise

I always enjoy your newsletter. Its sort of the secret info on what the enemy is doing so we can be on our toes and fight the good fight. Glad to see you joined up with us. It would seem that God is blessing this place.
